You don’t need experience, all you need is some resonance with what I’ve written and a yearning for connection with other women. I hold the circle and facilitate so you can drop in to your experience.
A typical circle is two hours, we usually check in first and then do a potent, nourishing, or even an edgy activity such as guided meditations, journaling, discussion or group coaching on various topics, intimacy exercises, embodiment practices, soul work, art, etc.
