This morning, 10 women sat together in circle, dropped in as a community, and revealed all the common ways we ALL judge ourselves.
It’s so mundane and, it can feel like you’re the only one who thinks and feels these things, like:
~ I’m too much: too hard, too sensitive, too talkative, too fearful, too guarded...
~ I’m not enough; not soft enough, not good enough, not perfect enough, not confident enough, not talkative enough, not quiet enough, not happy enough, not skinny enough, not easy enough...
Then we added even more FUEL to the CAULDRON 🔥 and shared all the ways we tell ourselves we SHOULD be...
~ I should be perfect, connected, communicative, put-together, productive, vulnerable, fabulous, partnered, uplifting, etc.
So much juicy energy to TRANSMUTE by a sense of BELONGING & LOVE. 🧸🥰
Our journey of recognizing our wholeness, our reclamation of WHO WE ARE; involves and actually NEEDS inclusion of the shadow and the light.
We tend to take all those “ugly” parts and try to eliminate them, get rid of them, fix them... and yet they are simply rooted in a vulnerable part of you that has tender feelings and needs. ☺️
Welcome these parts of yourself with open arms, knowing that they too, BELONG.
No parts excluded.
You get to love yourself! This is what privilege gives you, use it!
You as a whole are not broken, and yet to love your brokenness is part of the whole. 💔❤️
