I did my daily practice which today began with a 10 minute full body relaxation (I mean it when I say FULL BODY), and then 20 minutes of non-linear movement to my practice playlist. I just move what I'm feeling, while embodying my soul and allowing full expression to come through me.
Then I chatted with a few new girlfriends that I met at a women's event, and now I feel all giddy and nourished. <3 <3 <3
