Emotional Hygiene

We go on diets, obsess about our bodies, we brush our teeth every day and take our cars for regularly scheduled maintenance (and even TUNE-UPS!!!).

What if we ALL took our emotional well-being as seriously as how we look and how we care for our material possessions?

Things happen all the time to stir our emotions. What results if they don't get properly digested? They accumulate incessantly like the plaque on your teeth. We need to address that stuff, to floss it, brush it and spit it out.

We can utilize the mindful, mindless and inherently wise flow of embodiment to clear our emotional palette, as a daily regimen.

We need to normalize things like discharging emotional residue and unblocking sticky situations from our tissues, we need to move the organic flow of our bodies, so we can experience freedom. We can learn how to be better at humanity from that space.

​When we live IN our bodies, it changes us energetically, magnetically, it rewires the brain, it opens the heart, it heals trauma, expands our capacity to be present with what IS, and ultimately ...it brings us home, to the free flow of love that we are.
